Tool kit ownership
Initially, the tool kit will belong to your employer under the condition that he/she makes it available for you to use on-the-job.
When you’ve completed nine months of your Australian Apprenticeship, the tool kit then becomes yours to keep.
If you leave the employer before the nine-month point of your Australian Apprenticeship, your employer retains ownership of the tools.
